Fishing with a Ranger at Hammocks Beach State Park, Swansboro.
Learn about saltwater fish species. Spend time at the ferry dock testing your luck at catching fish. Bring your own rod and reel.

Japanese Pin Cup Flower Frog Workshop at Beaufort Historic Site, Beaufort.
Part of the Living History series, you’ll create a beautiful heavy iron pin cup featuring a flower frog for holding floral arrangements.

Friendsgiving Night Market at Morehead City Curb, Morehead City.
Make the Morehead City Curb Market a part of your holiday plans! Bring canned goods to add to a collection that will be donated to an area food pantry, and enjoy music and a kids' craft on site, along with a variety of area vendors.

Menhaden Whisky Society at 34° North Restaurant, Beaufort.

Ribbon cutting!

We welcome the Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel with a ribbon cutting celebration! Formerly “The Inn at Pine Knoll Shores”, they are celebrating their new name and rebrand.

Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beer and wine during the event, along with the opportunity to learn about the hotel’s special off-season rates and their onsite dining at the Rising Tide Restaurant.
